You order an analysis: here's what you actually get
— 7 min read
You've ordered an analysis, and now you're wondering what's actually going to land in your inbox. Not a vague horoscope, not a list of flattering traits that could apply to anyone — but something that speaks to you, specifically. It's a fair question, and it deserves an honest answer even before you hit "order."
Something never quite fits with general advice
You've probably already tried personality tests. MBTI, the Enneagram, online quizzes. Some of them felt fairly accurate — for about five minutes. Then you closed the tab and went back to your life as before, without really knowing what to do with it.
The problem isn't that you refuse to know yourself. It's that most of these tools give you an average profile, calculated from what you think about yourself. And what you think about yourself... is exactly what years of social pressure have shaped. "Be more sociable." "Stop overthinking." "You should be more like this, less like that."
The result: you no longer quite know how to tell the difference between who you truly are and who you've learned to become.
What if what you see as a flaw is just how you're wired?
That fatigue you feel after certain meetings, even when everything went well. That need for time alone before making an important decision. That tendency to sense things before you understand them. These traits you often try to fix, hide, or excuse.
What if they weren't imperfections to correct, but simply the way you're designed to function?
That's exactly the question a Human Design analysis tries to answer — not with generalities, but with your specific configuration.
A map of how you function, calculated from your birth
Human Design is a self-exploration system — a tool, not an absolute truth — that generates a personalized map from three precise pieces of data: your date, time, and place of birth. No questionnaire. No boxes to check. The calculation is based entirely on the moment you arrived in this world. What you get is a visual representation of your energetic structure: the areas of your map that are defined (meaning stable and reliable in you) and those that are open (more permeable to influence from your environment).
This is the document — made readable, without jargon — that you receive when you order an SDH Conscient analysis.
Specifically, what's in the PDF?
The analysis doesn't give you a list of keywords to memorize. It shows you your map and explains what it says about you, section by section.
Your map of centers: where you're stable, where you're permeable
The Human Design map is organized around nine centers — areas that represent different functions: energy, emotion, communication, intuition, and so on. Some of these centers are "defined" in your map, meaning they function consistently and predictably in you. Others are "open": you receive and amplify other people's energy there, which can be a gift... or a source of confusion if you don't know it.
The analysis explains what this means for you in real life: why you might feel exhausted in certain environments, why you absorb the emotions of the people around you, or on the contrary, why you seem to have a reserve of energy that others don't have.
Your channels and gates: what naturally flows through you
The centers are connected to each other by channels — lines of energy that, when active in your map, point to themes that show up strongly in your life. And gates are the entry points of these channels: specific facets of your personality or the way you perceive the world.
In the PDF, these elements are explained in plain language: not a list of symbols to decode on your own, but concrete descriptions of what it changes in your everyday life. How you make decisions. How you communicate. What energizes you or what drains you.
Things to test, not rules to follow
This is maybe the most useful part: each section of the analysis ends with concrete things to explore. Not "you must do this," but "here's what you could observe or experiment with." Human Design, honestly, is a tool for experimentation — not an instruction manual set in stone. The idea is to test what resonates and set aside what doesn't speak to you.
A clue: does this sound like you?
Here are two very common situations that come up in analyses — not to give you an answer, but to give you a sense of what it can bring up:
- You often take on other people's emotions, without always knowing whether what you feel comes from you or from those around you. In certain configurations, this is directly linked to the structure of your map — and understanding it changes a lot of things.
- You need time before committing, even for small decisions. Others call you "indecisive," but in reality you simply have your own natural rhythm for knowing what's right for you.
Is that you? Maybe. But only your personal map — calculated with your precise birth time — can give a reliable answer. Generalities aren't enough.
What you get depending on the package you choose
SDH Conscient offers three packages. Essential (€30) includes your PDF analysis. Immersion (€59) adds a personalized audio version and your "RPG" sheet. Complete (€89) includes all of that, plus a relationship analysis of your choice and 50 Humaneya credits.
There's only one thing you absolutely need to run the calculation: your birth time. Without it, the map can't be precise. If you don't know it exactly, a birth certificate or an old photo of a baby book can sometimes help.
If you're curious to know what your own map says — not a generic profile, but really yours — this is where it starts.
